Michel Ducaroy Togo Lounge Chairs and Ottoman for Ligne Roset

Designed by Michel Ducaroy for Ligne Roset in 1973, the Togo remains one of the most recognizable and influential seating designs of the twentieth century. Its distinctive low profile, deep pleating, and all-foam construction have made it a design icon that continues to define relaxed modern living.

This set includes two Togo lounge chairs and a matching ottoman, creating a comfortable and versatile seating arrangement. The sculptural form is instantly recognizable, with its softly folded silhouette and generously cushioned construction designed to provide exceptional comfort without the need for a traditional internal frame.

The chairs and ottoman are upholstered in dark gray quilted velour with the characteristic stitched detailing that has become synonymous with the Togo collection. The rich texture of the fabric complements the soft organic shape while enhancing the inviting character of the design.

Each lounge chair measures approximately 31.5 inches wide, 35.4 inches deep, and 27.6 inches high, with a seat height of approximately 11.8 inches. The ottoman measures approximately 31.5 inches wide, 27.6 inches deep, and 11.8 inches high.

Condition is excellent. The set shows minimal signs of use and presents beautifully overall.

What we like most about the Togo is its effortless comfort. The low, relaxed seating position and sculptural form make it equally appealing as a design statement and as a place to unwind, which helps explain why it remains one of Ligne Roset's most successful designs more than fifty years after its introduction.
