Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered and must not show signs of damage, misuse, modification, or alteration after receipt.

Return Shipping
Return shipping, transportation, packing, insurance, and related costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
For customer convenience, C'est La Vie Antiques can arrange a fully insured return shipment within the continental United States for a flat fee of $300.
International Returns
Customers located outside the United States are responsible for all return shipping costs, insurance, customs fees, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and any other charges associated with returning an item.
Original shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, VAT, and import fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If an item arrives damaged during transit or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and assist in resolving it.
Vintage and Antique Condition
Because our inventory consists primarily of vintage, antique, and pre-owned furniture, normal signs of age, wear, patina, repairs, and historical use are expected and are not considered defects.
All significant condition details are disclosed in product descriptions and photographs whenever possible.
Refunds
Once a returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. Processing times by banks and payment providers may vary.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom orders, personalized items, gift cards, and special-order items are not eligible for return.
European Union Customers
For merchandise shipped into the European Union, customers may have rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including a 14-day cancellation period where required by law.
