A five-piece Togo seating set designed by Michel Ducaroy for Ligne Roset in France.

This impressive set includes a three-seat sofa, two-seat sofa, corner section, lounge chair, and matching ottoman. Designed in 1973, the Togo has become one of the most recognizable furniture designs of the twentieth century and remains a favorite among collectors, designers, and architects worldwide.

The Togo is celebrated for its distinctive all-foam construction, which eliminates the need for a traditional frame. Multiple densities of foam create the sculptural shape and exceptional comfort that have defined the design for more than five decades. The deep pleating and low profile give the pieces their unmistakable appearance while encouraging a relaxed and informal seating experience.

This 21st-century production example is upholstered in black leather, adding a sophisticated and timeless look to the iconic design. The leather highlights the characteristic folds and contours while providing durability for everyday use.

The modular configuration allows the pieces to be arranged as a large sectional seating group or used individually throughout an interior. The flexibility of the design makes it suitable for both residential and commercial spaces.

The three-seat sofa measures approximately 68.5 inches wide, 40.2 inches deep, and 27.6 inches high. The two-seat sofa measures approximately 51.6 inches wide, 40.2 inches deep, and 27.6 inches high. The lounge chair measures approximately 34.3 inches wide, 40.2 inches deep, and 27.6 inches high. The ottoman measures approximately 34.3 inches wide and 31.5 inches deep. Seat height throughout the collection is approximately 15 inches.

Condition is good vintage. The set shows minor wear and minor stains consistent with age and use and presents well overall.

What we like most about the Togo is its combination of comfort, versatility, and instantly recognizable design. Few pieces of furniture have remained as relevant and desirable since their introduction in 1973.

As with all vintage pieces, signs of use are part of the story. Colors can look slightly different depending on the light. If you'd like more photos or details, just let me know.
